All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or bank holidays. If I am experiencing a high volume of orders or a new book launch, shipments may be slightly delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be applied securely at checkout via Stripe. Flat-rate delivery costs are structured as follows:

• UK Standard Shipping: £2.99

• International Shipping: £6.99

Delivery timeframes depend entirely on your location and local postal services, but standard UK domestic deliveries typically arrive within 3–5 business days after processing.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Every book order is shipped via a tracked delivery service for peace of mind. Once your book has been packaged and dropped off at the post office, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, & Taxes

For international readers outside the domestic shipping zone: tesouwaibi.com is not responsible for any customs clearance fees, tariffs, or import duties applied to your package. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Damaged Items in Transit

If your book arrives damaged due to postal handling, please refer immediately to my Refund & Return Policy. Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and book within 48 hours of delivery, and contact me through the website form so I can issue a replacement copy.
